Excursion in Tula «History and Modern Life of Tula» Program #5
A deep acquaintance with historical center aimed to give detailed introduction to the historical and modern life of Tula. These excursions include descriptions of the main historical buildings, city sculptures, beautiful gardens and other interesting places. During this walk you will start to learn about the city from its historical border, and see such sights as the Kremlin, Kremlin Garden, Kazan Embankment, Metallistov st and Smith village.
You will learn the answers to the questions: Where did Tula begin? Why was Leo Tolstoy not allowed to enter the Noble Assembly? Where does horseshoed flee live? What stopped the most dangerous fire in Tula? And also many interesting facts about Tula.
Duration: 3 hours
This tour is suitable for any kinds of visitors who like to walk a lot. IT IS IMPORTANT to be dressed in comfortable shoes, as the course will cover at least 5km
Days: any day (in case of my employment on the desired date, I will help you find a sufficient guide who will conduct a tour by the same route).
Meeting point: at the intersection of Lenin avenue and Pervomayskaya street.
Route: Lenin ave. –Kremlin – Kremlin Garden – Kazanskaya embankment – Metallistov st. – Sovetskaya st. – Oktybrskaya street – Tula State Armory museum.
Ending point: Tula State Armory museum
